| ABSTRACT |
|
This is the report of the investigation about fresh-water algae collected from Changnyong county area from June, 1990 to May, 1991. This paper deals with a total 24 taxa belonging to 14 genera which are recorded for the first time in Korean fresh-water algal flora. Among these algae, 5 genera: Ankyra Fott, Echinosphaerella G.M. Smith, Diacanthos Korsikov, Monoraphidium Komarkova-Legnerova, Didymogenes Schmidale are newly additions to the Korean fresh-water algal flora.
